Return Policy
FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
Wonnaful wants you to be happy with the products you buy from us. Any issues or questions, first step is to please email us at orders@wonnaful.com, or call/text to (914) 714-0732. We are here to help!
RETURN RULES
- Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within fifteen (15) days of your order date.
- For most eligible returns within the United States, a pre-paid return label is provided. Once the return is received, a return shipping charge may be deducted from any refund.
- "Final Sale" items are called out by a Final Sale in the product's title, description or Collection; These items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Unless otherwise agreed by Wonnaful, returned products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Only items purchased through Wonnaful.com may be returned. Items purchased through our physical shop must be returned to the place of purchase.
- International orders are all final sale.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed by Wonnaful).
RECEIVING CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within ten (10) business days of our receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax, less the cost of return shipping, if applicable.
- We are sorry, but unless the issue is the fault of Wonnaful or its product partners, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at orders@wonnaful.com or call/text (914) 714-0732.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
